We love seafood and Salmon is a must have meal in the Hardwick casa!
1 pound fresh salmon
1 recipe Garlic and Herb Butter
For the Garlic and Herb Butter:
1/4 C. butter, softened
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray an oven safe baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl stir together softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place Salmon skin side down in baking dish. Coat the top and sides generously in the Garlic Herb Butter.
4. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
