In case you were wondering...

I am still here. There is no excuse for my lack of blogging. 

During the last few weeks it seemed like we were just so busy, but when I look back now, we haven't had much going on. 

Two weeks ago we went to a Texas A&M alumni BBQ Cook-off. We had a blast, we even participated in the Live Auction and we won the bid for a weekend getaway at the wonderful Magnolia Downtown Houston Hotel! I can't wait to go back to Houston and go to an Astros game!

 With my busy work schedule it is sometimes hard to find the time to do anything besides work. So the hubs and I decided that Friday nights would be our 'date' night, and Saturday evenings would be spent with friends. This past Friday we ordered a pizza,

 and then went to get a blizzard. I l.o.v.e. Snickers Blizzards, and so does Bella!

Don't worry, she didn't get much!

Last night we hung out with a sweet couple that we met at the BBQ Cook-off. They have a precious Basset Hound and now Bella has a new friend too! 

Today, I indulged in some much needed retail therapy at Banana Republic!


The hubs and I have 2 days of work this week and then Wednesday morning we are headed to Ft. Worth for our annual Colonial Golf Tournament trip!

Where has the time gone?

The hubs and I along with our besties went to watch The San Antonio Missions.

They are a Double-A Minor League baseball team here in town! We had way more fun that I thought we would {for some reason I didn't think many fans would show up but I was wrong!} We will be supporting The Missions a lot more!

I am really glad that we found a sporting event to attend here. The hubs and I are MAVS fans for life so there is no way we would attend a Spurs game! {I don't mean to offend any Spurs fans. I am a born and raised MAVS girl no matter where I live!}

Not really, however I don't like it when black cats cross my path {but I am also not a cat person.}

Bella has a pretty spoiled life so I would choose her!

 I have only watched one...Keely's!

Only my eyebrows, but I am going to get my bikini area waxed soon!
